Meet Baby Sophia, just eight days old.  Oh, isn't she so beautiful?  I was super excited for this session ever since I met Mom and Dad at their maternity session when Dad surprised us all by proposing...such an incredible moment <---make sure to take a look!  They are the most laid back, fun couple and I know they are going to make amazing parents.

Newborn Baby Jake - Danbury, CT

Meet Baby Jake, one of the most handsome little guys I've ever met. You may remember mom from the infamous maternity shot last fall...this is still one of my most popular images!

Well Baby Jake made his arrival, and it turns out his mom isn't the only one who's a natural in front of the camera.  This little guy was a dream to shoot and had SO much personality.  He gave us some of my favorite images to date.  And as usual, all of these images were taken within the comfort of their own home while Mom and Dad relaxed on the couch!

Olivia High School Senior Session - Trumbull, CT

Wow, what a crazy fall it was!  I survived my first "busy season" and now it's time to catch up on blogging!

I was so thrilled to hear from Liv that she wanted senior pictures - we set up an indoor session for her yearbook photo and then an outdoor session for her styled shoot.  I first met Liv and her mom when I shot her extended family on the beach and was super excited to do another session with her.  As I told her, senior pictures can feel really intimidating at first...unlike an engagement session, you're all by yourself!  But as always, after the first few shots she totally loosened up and rocked the session.  We got some gorgeous images with the amazing city of Norwalk in the background.

Baby Owen Milestone Session - New Fairfield, CT

Baby Owen is seven months old, and he is just as cute as can be!  Mom is an old friend of mine who I haven't seen in years, and we were laughing that we can't believe we're old enough to have little humans of our own.  These two were such naturals in front of the camera, and you can tell that they just love snuggling!

This fall had the best foliage that I can remember, and I'm so glad we were able to take advantage of it at the beautiful Squantz Pond in New Fairfield.  Can't wait to see this family again for some family photos with Dad!

Nicole's Maternity and Family Session - New Fairfield, CT

Ever wonder why photographers are obsessed with fall?  Well, here's why.  The colors and the foliage were to die for last weekend at the beautiful Squantz Pond in New Fairfield, CT.

Nicole is due in less than two weeks (you have to hate her a little bit for how amazing she looks, right???).  Luke is super excited to be a big brother, and I can't wait to find out what they are having!  Ohhh fall bumps and babies, is there anything better?
